Unlimited Group Classe

45 to 50 minute workouts in a group setting. We have various time frames running through the day.

Monday -Friday

5:30am

9:00am

Monday - Thursday

We have split workout days. Monday- Quads and Calfs

Tuesday- Upper Body

Wednesday- Wildout West Coast Wednesday 

HIIT workout

Thursday- Glutes and Hamstrings

Friday- Full Body

Welcome everyone. Beginners are welcome to join, we work with you to get your form right and build endurance.

Mamba Fitness offers beginner-friendly strength training and conditioning programs that can be customized to fit your schedule. With the flexibility to book your preferred time frames, our services are designed to make fitness accessible and convenient for all. Our packages are valid for 3 months, giving you ample time to see real results and progress towards your fitness goals. Cancellation Policy

We are a 4-week program to program gym, therefore classes do not carry over from one program to the next. We advise you to use as many of your classes during the time period of access of your program. Any unused classes during your program period (for what ever the reason) will expire at the end of the last day of membership period. Upon start date of program there is no refund or transfers to any other month as stated previously. By purchasing this program you are acknowledging that you understand the terms and conditions of this program.
