Our Programs
4-Week Program
Our program are specifically designed to help our clients build strength and endurance with the combination of weight lifting and cardio vascular resistance workouts. We are here to support and guide all our clients to openly and safgetly build not just strength but confidence in strength training.

Structured Workout Plans
Our programs include upper and lower body workouts which are specifically tailored to support out clients goals. No need to guess or design a strength training program, we do that for you. Full body and cardiovascular resistance workout days for an all around balanced programm.

Unlimited Classes
Our group classes average a total of 55 minutes per class. When you enroll, you will be able to attend any time frames that fit your schedule. Our class time are as follows:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays
5:30am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm
Wednesdays
5:30am, 9am, 6pm and 7pm
Fridays
5:30am, 9am and 6pm
Saturdays
9am
